I think with AI as the premise.

It isn't a matter of adding one more tool. Change the premise and the shape of the business changes with it. Put an agent where five hires used to go and the org chart changes, the fixed costs change, the time it takes to validate anything changes. Businesses that never penciled out start to pencil out. Building what's needed myself is just one of the consequences.
